We have developed a Strength & Conditioning Program for athletes 11 years old and above. From 2026, we will prescribe this program as part of a player’s development. It will only be offered to XR players who are training competitively.

Annual 7 day trip with 3 days of competition in Perth followed by friendly matches & other fun activities from 29 May to 4 June 2026.

We have completed our 2025 trip and currently planning to send 4 teams for our 2026 trip to Perth. Currently we have 41 players signed up & it’s going to be an amazing experience for these players!

We will be conducting our annual DSA clinic to prepare players for trial & interview during the June break.

Tentative dates are 13 & 20 June, Saturdays at SCGS from 8am to 11am conducted by experienced coaches.

We will also include an online sharing session on 3 May for parents.

This clinic will only be opened for sign up for our current players in Crossroad!

We are planning to visit Hong Kong again in 2026 and dates are 2-7 Dec.

For this trip, we will be bringing teams of U12 & U10 players to experience playing netball with teams and schools in Hong Kong.

Looking at not more than 12 players per team to ensure quality court time & learning
