Our mission is to nurture confident, skilled, and responsible players by blending character development, technical excellence, and a love for the game. 

We aim to equip every player with the skills to think smart, play strong, and grow both on and off the court — building not just better athletes, but better individuals.

Our Programs

  • Tots (5 - 7 yo)

    We focus on fundamental movements for this age group such as running, leaping, jumping, catching, throwing, balance & pivot. These are all the essential and basic skills required to play the game of netball.

    Sat 8-9.30am at SCGS

  • Netties (8 - 11 yo)

    The fun of playing netball really starts at this age as the players grow confident in catching and throwing. The emphasis on footwork, linking the ball, defending and most importantly team work comes into play.

    Sat 8-9.30am & 11am-12.30pm (9 & 10 yo) at SCGS

    Sun 9-10.30am (7 to 10yo) & 10.30am to 12pm (10-11 yo) at DCIS

  • Netpros (12 - 16 yo)

    At this age, players are more ready to compete and accept challenges. Both success and failures are critical in their development as young adults and a positive sporting environment serves as a springboard for them to succeed in the future.

    Sun 10.30am-12pm (12 to 14 yo) at DCIS

  • Strength & Conditioning Program

    These S&C sessions ae targeted to enhance your play by improving your agility, speed and movement. It will also help to prevent injuries as you become physically stronger.

    Sun 9-10am & 10.30-11.30am at DCIS

  • Exciting news!

    We are preparing something exciting and waiting to announced to all of you before the end of 2025!

  • Clinics

    We will have our annual DSA clinic in June every year including an online session in May to guide parents & players through the DSA application process & also preparing the players for the physical trial.

  • Overseas Trip

    We are committed to organizing overseas trips for our players to experience different cultures and gain experience through such encounters.

    December - Friendly competition with schools & clubs Hong Kong Trip for U12 & U10 players

    End May to early June - Perth Netball Trip for 12 & above players taking part in Fueltogo competition and some friendly matches with schools & clubs

  • Leagues & Competition

    As an academy, we will be organizing and also sending our players for various leagues & competition. These are essential for growth in their netball journey with us.

    We have participated in various friendly matches and leagues for 8yo and above. We have also recently emerged as Champions for U13 category for Rugy Seven Netball competition. Even as we strive for excellence, development of players are still our top priority here at Crossroad
