A one time fee of $60 will be charged for new player to cover administration fee, personalized training attire, drawstring bag and socks.

Early bird & siblings discount will only be applicable for term renewal.

Terms & Conditions

1. Sign up

- Sign up  is on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability. 

- Current members & full term sign up will be prioritize.

- The academy reserves the rights to reject any application without giving any reason.

2. Payment:

- Clients are required to pay the specified fees before the commencement of classes or training sessions.

- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable as the academy has committed resources to ensure smooth running of each lesson.

- The academy reserves the right to change the fees with prior notice to clients.

- The academy reserves the right to refuse any form of discount to any client once the deadline is past.

3. Attendance and Punctuality:

- Clients are expected to attend all classes or training sessions punctually.

- Make-up classes may be offered at the academy's discretion for missed sessions due to valid reasons.

-The academy reserves the right to change venue by giving at least 1 day prior notice and no replacement class will be given should the client choose to not attend the class.

-The academy will give replacement classes for any cancellation and clients are expected to attend the class on the new dates. Credit may be extended on a case by case basis and no refund will be given should the client is not able to attend the class.

- Any request for refund is based on case by case assessment by the academy.

- The academy reserves the right to return partial refund or charge an administration fee of up to $40 to process the refund.

4. Code of Conduct:

- Clients are expected to adhere to a code of conduct promoting respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or expulsion from the academy without a refund.

5. Safety and Health:

- Clients must inform the academy of any health conditions or allergies that may affect their participation in sports activities before commencement of lesson.

- The academy will take necessary safety precautions during classes, but clients participate at their own risk.

6. Facilities and Equipment:

- Clients are responsible for taking care of academy facilities and equipment.

- Any damage caused by a client due to negligence must be reimbursed.


7. Photography and Publicity:

- The academy may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes.

- Clients who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the academy in writing.

8. Termination:

- The academy reserves the right to terminate a client's enrollment for continuous misconduct or violation of the terms and conditions.

- In case of termination, no refund of fees will be provided.

9. Governing Law:

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

- The academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

- Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

FAQs

  • If the class is at full capacity, only full term paying members will be accepted. Otherwise, we will pro rate at $40 per lesson.

  • You can opt to do a make up at our other time slots or venue.Each player is entitled to 1 make up session per player per term with approval from head coach.

  • We cater to all abilities so no experience is required. You can always come for a free trial so that your child can have an opportunity to try out before committing to paid sessions

  • Yes, you can sit in during our training session subject to space availability and parents are advised not to wonder around the school. There will also be occasions where we will need you to not sit in for the benefit of the child.
    Parents are expected to behave appropriately during sessions or competitions. Cheering for the team is encouraged and no aggressive remarks against opponents. The academy reserves the right to ask the parent to leave due to inappropriate behavior.
